Prior to joining DPCLS, Iman worked for various litigation law firms in Jakarta, namely M. Sidik Latuconsina & Partners and Sofyan Troy Latuconsina & Associates. During his tenure in those law firms, he represented clients in civil and commercial dispute cases, particularly in the field of real estate, projects, mining, insurance, banking, and many others, as well as criminal law cases, ranging from general to special crimes, such as corruption cases. His clients range from high net individuals, government officials, private and public limited liability companies, as well as regional and state owned enterprises, such as PT. Timah Tbk and PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara Persero, to name a few.

Iman is a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and is fluent in English.
